What I do: I execute strategic initiatives that will help my clients’ meet their objectives. My role is versatile, from sales initiatives in identifying targeted audience and understanding the client’s needs to devising event concept and planning the logistics and coordination of all technical aspects before launching and executing the events.
How I got here: I graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a BA in International Hotel and Tourism Management, focused concentration in Hospitality Sales and Meeting Management. I started my career at Maritz Global Meetings and Events as a travel director. Within my 14 years at Maritz, I’ve held several roles. I recently Joined McVeigh Global Meetings and Events.
Greatest career accomplishment: Throughout my career at Maritz Global Meetings & Events, I was awarded the Customer Service Award for three consecutive years.
Impressive stats: Within my first three months at McVeigh Global Meetings and Events, I collaborated with my colleagues and account manager in designing and executing an RFP request, deliverable and presentation that resulted in a $5 million contract.
What I am working on now: I am working on our clients “Winner Circle” program, which has three regional division with more than 1,800 attendees each.
