What I do: While HPN Global is extremely well established in the venue sourcing and site selection space, I sit in the ever-evolving, boutique arm of HPN in the meeting services division. I have my hands in daily operations and team management, client sales, proposal design and development, strategy, finances, interdepartmental relations….you name it, I have my hand in it and am always looking at how can we best serve our employees, contractors, associates and clients.
Greatest career accomplishment: Our Annual Partner Conference takes place in the fall every year, and this meeting has really become my baby. I’ve been able to implement technology, grow the brand and bring more value for our partners attending in just a few years.
Impressive stat: For our annual partner conference, we’ve been able to increase attendance by 20% and have sold the conference out in record time—just two months after opening and a full month or more before the conference. This conference has made three to four times more than it traditionally did before I stepped in.
What I do outside of work: I absolutely love fitness and spend much of my time in the gym—whether it is a CrossFit, spin or yoga Class. I am also very into podcasts and self-improvement.
