What I do: I am tasked with creating the themes and content for our summits and custom events. The content ranges from the impact of AI on data collection to conversations about the opioid crisis. I am charged with finding speakers, new and interesting ways to tell their stories, and of course ensuring all of our conversations have tangible takeaways for our audience.
Greatest career accomplishment: There have been so many, but most recently I executed two events in Hamburg, Germany, and Paris. I not only programmed the events, which meant creating the theme, finding the speakers and formatting the discussions, but I also served as event manager. It was a phenomenal challenge to be able to wear both hats for these programs and also execute events for the first time in these markets.
Specific improvement I’ve made: When I had come on board, the logistics team and the programming team were siloed and only came together at certain points. I worked with my team to ensure that we put processes into place that ensured not only were we no longer siloed but that everyone was able to have the information related to the program.
