What I do: I am responsible for driving production, catering revenue and maximizing meeting space and guest room blocks for the team. I set direction, streamline processes and create structure within the department in order for them to achieve maximum results.
How I got here: Being back at Mandalay Bay is coming full circle for me as I started my hospitality career here in 2007. I am fortunate enough to have been able to work at many of our MGM Resorts International properties in order to broaden my exposure and experience within each of our properties. I most recently joined the Mandalay Bay team coming over as the executive director of sales from Luxor and prior to that Excalibur.
Greatest career accomplishment: My greatest career accomplishment was achieving chairman’s club as a sales person with over $20 million in production.
Impressive stats: I was able to achieve over 110% of the year-end production number by June of the production year with one property, over 115% by October of the year for my second property and will achieve over 105% at my third and current property within the same calendar year.
What I do outside of work: I enjoy spending time with my husband and two beautiful children. We like to travel as much as possible to different locations and in 2020 will be frequenting Disneyland. I also enjoy volunteering within the community and giving back to homeless youth as they are our future.
