Mixhalo, a real-time audio platform for venues and events, is now available for concerts, conferences, festivals, sporting events, and more. The technology delivers audio directly to attendees’ phones and headphones via a wireless channel. So regardless of their seat, attendees are able to access front-row sound. Using a free mobile app, they can tune into play-by-play at a sporting event, select a special curated mix at a concert, or access a preferred language at a conference. Mixhalo has already been used by bands such as Aerosmith and Metallica.

Upgradus is a new online system that allows hotel guests to access an upgraded room at a discounted rate. Users can search for the hotel and dates of their stay on the site, and Upgradus will contact the hotel and let them know a guest is interested in an upgraded room. The hotel can then decide whether to offer a discounted rate, if, for instance, they don’t want the room to sit empty. The guest can choose to accept or decline the offer before they arrive and pay at the hotel as usual.
