ISES and MPI Induct Officers

Two of New York's event and meeting industry groups met this week to award their members and induct new officers.

The Greater New York chapter of Meeting Professionals International met at the Grand Hyatt, on Monday, June 16. Award winners were:

• Chapter Manager of the Year: Frank Stapleton, Prestige Resorts and Destinations


• Planner of the Year: Sheree Gibson, CMP, Spa Odyssey a division of Idamar Enterprises


• Supplier of the Year: William Amato, Bermuda Limousine International


• Outstanding Committee of the Year: Strategic Partnership Committee

The New York metropolitan chapter of the International Special Event Society held its Big Apple awards gala at the Grand Hyatt on Tuesday, June 17. Award winners were:
