European Pastries From a Former Tru Chef

At Lakeview's new Fritz Pastry bakery, which opened at the end of May, chef Nathaniel Meads (formely of Everest, Tru, and the recently shuttered Blue Water Grill) prepares European-style sweets. Meads's creations include macaroons, apple galettes, croissants, and chocolate tarts. The treats can be delivered to offices and event spaces within the downtown area, and can be prepared for groups of as many as 200. The shop's owners can also put together pastry-filled boxes as thank-you gifts or takeways for meetings and events.
