We love both the Breakers Palm Beach in Florida and Baha Mar Resort (pictured) in Nassau, Bahamas, where we have hosted previous events and are returning to host our 2021 summits. Each property is perfect for large groups. The Breakers is an iconic hotel with an elegant yet relaxed oceanfront setting, with glamorous ballrooms and breakout rooms, myriad poolside venues, wonderful dining and luxurious shopping. Baha Mar has great airlift from many locations, is a quick 10-minute trip from the airport and offers something for everyone within their three hotels: Rosewood, Grand Hyatt and SLS. Activities abound both day—private white sand beaches and lively party pools, water sports galore, golf and spa—and by night—celebrity dining, nightclubs and chic intimate bars with live music, and of course, the glittering casino.

One place: London. [In 2019] we hosted an immersive experience centered at Rosewood London (pictured) with private events held in each of the Historic Royal Palaces: the Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace, Banqueting House and Kensington Palace. Guests were transported in double-decker Routemasters, treated to authentic British entertainment, mingled with the Yeoman Warders, had a spectacular private viewing of the Crown Jewels and partied like the royals.

To Host an Event Abroad
To Host an Event Abroad
We are still reveling in our prepandemic global event that was truly over the top in Dubai. The Armani Hotel in the Burj Khalifa was the perfect host, with our welcome party at the Address Hotel (pictured) offering spectacular skyline views. Our guests indulged in thrilling excursions like flying in seaplanes and boat tours of Dubai, private shopping at Cartier, camel rides and sand-dune bashing in Range Rovers in the desert, and more. It was a delight to all the senses, and the quality of service providers was world-class.

To Host a Magical Event
To Host a Magical Event
We like to take over the Adare Manor (pictured), a meticulously restored castle near Limerick, Ireland. In 2018, we opened our sessions with the breathtaking choral ensemble Anuna, led guests by horse and hound to a fairy luncheon in the gardens, pub crawled through the village of Adare with the locals and ended with Gaelic Ceili dancers. The spare time allowed for clay shooting, archery, falconry, bike rides and golf on the course that will host the Ryder Cup in 2026.

Venice, Italy, is endlessly inspiring, and Belmond Hotel Cipriani (pictured) makes for an incomparable host. Where else could you host a party in a private palazzo, indulge in desserts overlooking the Grand Canal from the rooftop of Fondaco dei Tedeschi or dance the night away at a gala in a glass marquis in the gardens of Cipriani? Our attendees were also treated to exploring miles of canals on world-famous gondolas, exclusive visits to the Rubelli Palazzo for fabrics, a tour of Seguso Viro in Murano (famous for 23 generations of iconic glassblowing), and picturesque Burano for traditional lace-making and their famous brightly colored homes.

To Entertain Out-of-Town Colleagues
As former Disney girls, we love to take out-of-town colleagues to The Four Seasons Orlando (pictured) to its rooftop restaurant, CAPA, for craft cocktails, tapas and incredible views of fireworks. We are also fond of the charming Bohemian Hotel in our hometown of Celebration, Fla., the site of our very first Engage! event in 2008.
