Steve Hanson can't be stopped. The prolific restaurateur opened Dos Caminos—his last spot, Fiamma, opened in March—in the former space of the Globe last week. Designed by Yabu Pushelberg, who did Hanson's dazzling Blue Fin, the space is upholstered with rich, autumnal tones and warmly lit with light fixtures fashioned out of hollowed-out logs. But the most authentic touch are the granite, pig-shaped molcajete mortars used to make guacamole tableside. The entire space can accommodate 400 for cocktails and a buffet, or seat 275. A private room can seat 65. —Suzanne Ito
