People/Events/Accounts: News about Solange's Scrapped Coachella Performance, Brooklyn Artists Ball, Big Apple Circus, and More

LOS ANGELES: Coachella announced on Twitter that Solange will no longer perform at the festival because of "major production delays." The festival hasn't announced a replacement for the singer. 

The 11th annual Desert Gold, a meditation and music festival, will take place April 11-22 at Ace Hotel & Swim Club in Palm Springs.

MIAMI/SOUTH FLORIDA: The Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood has been selected as the host property for Super Bowl LIV, which will take place February 2, 2020, at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens.

NEW YORK: The Brooklyn Artists Ball will take place April 16 at the Brooklyn Museum. The event will honor Nick Cave and Bank of America and celebrate Frida Kahlo. The event's after-party will feature DJ Swizz Beatz.

PHILADELPHIA: The 41st edition of Big Apple Circus will take place May 16-June 16 at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center.
