Mirbeau Inn & Spa Rhinebeck, slated to open in the Hudson Valley this fall, will feature Charlie Palmer’s first Upstate New York restaurant. Willow by Charlie Palmer will specialize in whole grilled Maine lobster, farm-inspired sides, and charcuterie. The 50-room resort, managed by Mirbeau Hospitality Services, will have 3,000 square feet of meeting and event space.
