COAST TO COAST: Raw Wine, a traveling event that bills itself as a “low-intervention organic and biodynamic wine fair” will take place October 24-25 at Le Salon in Montreal; October 27-28 at the Knockdown Center in New York; October 30 at Paradise Plaza in Miami; and November 3-4 at City Market Social House in Los Angeles. This year marks the first time the event is traveling to Miami; the daylong fair will move to a different city each year.

ATLANTA: Proof of the Pudding has partnered with Georgia Tech Athletics to provide catering services to all premium spaces on game days at Bobby Dodd Stadium and McCamish Pavilion, as well as Champions Edge dining hall in the Arthur B. Edge Athletics Center.

BOSTON: Breast Cancer Research Foundation’s Boston Hot Pink Luncheon & Symposium will take place October 25 at Boston Harbor Hotel. 

DENVER: The Brown Palace Hotel and Spa has appointed Rodney Herwerth executive chef. 

LAS VEGAS: Hakkasan Group has appointed Grant MacPherson senior vice president of restaurants. 

LOS ANGELES: This year’s Worldz summit will take place September 10-11 at the Long Beach Performing Arts Center.

MONTREAL: Connect&Go, an R.F.I.D. solutions company for the leisure, sports and entertainment industries, has appointed Mathieu Dupuis vice president of products and technology, François-Pierre Moffet as chief operating officer, and Sébastien Auger as vice president of sales and marketing. 

NEW YORK: The 10th annual Blissful Wishes Ball, benefiting Wish Upon a Wedding, will take place November 4. 

The Museum at Eldridge Street’s annual gala will take place November 6 at Bryant Park Grill. 

Italian seafood restaurant Esca will reopen under the direction of executive chef Dave Pasternack and designer Victor Rallo on September 9. Located in the Theater District, the restaurant seats 55 at a new outdoor patio and 69 in the main dining room.

SAN DIEGO: The 16th annual San Diego Bay Wine & Food Festival will take place November 10-17. The event will have more than 40 culinary events across the city. 

TAMPA: The Karol Hotel has appointed Adam Duffey as general manager, Lindsey Ferguson as senior sales manager, and Amanda Ratliff as catering sales manager. Slated to open this fall, the 123-room hotel will have 7,340 square feet of event space. 

TORONTO: The 20th annual Art Toronto, an international fair for modern and contemporary art, will take place October 25-27 at Metro Toronto Convention Centre. 

W Toronto is slated to open in Yorkville in summer 2020. The first W Hotel property in Toronto will have 255 guest rooms, a ninth-floor rooftop restaurant, and 4,800 square feet of meeting space.
