COAST TO COAST: Samantha Brown and Rick Steves will speak at the 2020 Travel & Adventure Show series. The series kicks off in Boston January 11-12, and also will travel to Los Angeles February 15-16, Philadelphia March 14-15, and Dallas March 28-29. A full schedule can be found on travelshows.com.

Slow Wine Guide will celebrate its 10th anniversary in 2020 with a U.S. tour, traveling to San Francisco February 17; Seattle February 18; Denver February 20; New York February 24; and Boston February 25. 

LOS ANGELES: The second annual Pornhub Awards Show will take place October 11 at the Orpheum Theatre. The event will honor Bella Thorne with the Vision Award and feature performances by Ty Dolla Sign, Bad Bunny, and Rico Nasty. 

Staples Center has partnered with audio tech company Mixhalo to introduce an in-ear audio experience for every seat in the venue. Event attendees will be able to use their phone, headphones, and a free mobile app to control what they want to hear.

MIAMI: The Euclid Hotel, a Urbanica The Hotels property, will open in Miami Beach’s South of Fifth neighborhood in October. The hotel will have 30 guest rooms and Orilla Bar and Grill, a South American and European restaurant that seats 80 guests. 

NEW YORK: InterContinental New York Times Square has appointed Gul Turkmenoglu general manager. 

New York Marriott Marquis has named Nigel Boschetti executive chef.

TORONTO: The 20th annual Art Toronto, which returns to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre October 25-27, will introduce public art installations for the first time in the lobby of the venue. 

WASHINGTON: Washingtonian will celebrate its 150 Most Powerful Women list at a luncheon on October 10 at the Line Hotel D.C. 

NTP Events has extended its contract with the Air Force Association through 2021. This includes managing booth sales, exhibitor marketing, and exhibitor operations for the Air, Space & Cyber Conference.
