Korean barbecue restaurant Hyun is now open in Midtown East. Helmed by restaurateur Jae Kim, the restaurant specializes in dishes made with Japanese A5 Wagyu beef. The restaurant seats 40 guests total, and it includes four private rooms that seat four people each and a larger private room that seats eight.
Goosefeather, a restaurant helmed by chef Dale Talde, has opened in the Tarrytown House Estate. The venue specializes in Hong Kong cuisine, with a focus on noodles, Cantonese barbecue, and dumplings. The restaurant, which is available for private events, offers four separate dining rooms and seats 180 guests total.
