CHICAGO: The Ritz-Carlton, Chicago has announced guest room and suite refashioning as the final element of the hotel’s full renovation. The redesign will include an update of the property's 434 guest rooms and suites and is set to be completed by Spring 2020.

LOS ANGELES: Scientist Tyrone Hayes will deliver the keynote speech at the Organic Center's 17th annual benefit dinner on March 4 in Anaheim. Chef Megan Mitchell will curate an all-organic menu; last year's fund-raiser drew 500 people and raised a record $485,000.

MIAMI/SOUTH FLORIDA: Miami Beach’s new Convention Center hotel will be operated by Hyatt under the Grand Hyatt brand. The 800-room property is set to open in 2023.
