NATIONAL: On June 9 and 10, Oprah Winfrey will host a town hall to address racism in America. The special, which will air across Discovery's 18 cable networks, will feature a number of black activists, artists, and thought leaders.
IBTM Americas 2020, originally scheduled for August 26-27, has been canceled; in its place, producer Reed Exhibitions plans to host a series of virtual events throughout the year. The next in-person edition of the show is slated for May 19-20, 2021.
Brickworld LEGO Expo, which holds LEGO conventions throughout the midwest, will hold a virtual convention on June 27. The Brickworld LEGO Fireworks Virtual Con will feature online LEGO activities for all ages, plus exhibits, presentations, and more. Tickets cost $9, with a portion of proceeds going to Make-A-Wish.
