KEY WEST, FLA: A coronavirus-fighting robot will begin patrolling Key West International Airport’s interior spaces after hours beginning Dec. 15. The robot emits high-intensity ultraviolet UV-C wavelength light that kills harmful pathogens in the air and on surfaces and is designed to remove 99.9% of germs, including COVID-19. Standing nearly 6 feet tall and weighing over 300 pounds, the robot can move around the airport on its own once it has been programmed and “mapped” spaces.
LOS ANGELES: The LA Art Show is returning live from July 29 to Aug. 1 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Originally scheduled for February, the event will be produced by Kassandra Voyagis for the first time. In order to maintain social distancing, booths will be greatly spaced out in the fair’s 200,000 square feet of exhibition space.
