NATIONAL: Maritz Global Events has become a signatory of Net Zero Carbon Events, a joint commitment across the event and meeting industry to achieve the targets laid out in the Paris Climate Accord. Supported by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change Secretariat, more than 100 industry-wide stakeholders drafted and finalized this commitment, which is facilitated by the Joint Meetings Industry Council.

SAN FRANCISCO: SF Sketchfest has announced the lineup for its 20th comedy festival, taking place Jan. 7-23 in venues across San Francisco.
