LAS VEGAS: Oak View Group plans to open a new entertainment district in Las Vegas. Groundbreaking and construction for the estimated $3 billion entertainment district and arena are scheduled for 2023. The district's 25 acres will feature an 850,000-square-foot arena, a casino, a hotel and an additional entertainment venue amphitheater.

A Tulum-inspired stage and two others with open-air beaches will set the scene for the Memorial Day Weekend affair.
