US: PATRÓN en LALIQUE Serie 3, New Social Influencer Marketing Agency DLS Creative, Calissa Sounds Returns to the Hamptons, and More

GLOBAL: PATRÓN Tequila, in collaboration with French glassmaker LALIQUE, has launched PATRÓN en LALIQUE Serie 3 ahead of National Tequila Day on July 24. Only 299 bottles are available worldwide, and the exclusive tequila is available on BlockBar—the world’s first direct to consumer NFT marketplace for fine wine and spirits—as of today for $7,500. The limited-edition Serie 3 bottle is a crystal decanter representative of the agave plant and holds a blend of extra añejo tequila aged for up to eight years.

NATIONAL: Talent agent and former reality TV personality on The A-List: New York Derek Saathoff has launched DLS Creative to help influencers and celebrity talent establish and grow their personal brand. Saathoff debuted the social influencer marketing agency—which also specializes in content creation and casting—as the latest venture in his 20-year career in talent management. His clients include Madison Lecroy of Southern Charm, Lindsay Hubbard of Summer House, Lisa Barlow of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, and more. NEW YORK: Southampton wedding venue and Greek restaurant Calissa in Water Mill has partnered with BCL Entertainment for another season of Calissa Sounds. The eight-week live music series creates the ultimate Mykonos-meets-Hamptons, music-driven mashup experience. The 2022 season kicked off on July 15 with a live performance by three-time Grammy winner Wyclef Jean. Guests can expect a DJ set from Chromeo on July 22, a club set from deep house electronic duo Bob Moses on Aug. 5, a live performance from Fat Joe on Aug. 12, a DJ set from Sultan + Shepard on Aug. 19, and more. The summer series will close on Sept. 2, and a portion of the proceeds from each performance will benefit Headstrong, a nonprofit organization providing mental health care to veterans and first responders. The DiscOasis in Central Park is celebrating the movie Minions: The Rise of Gru by transforming into “Grudio 54” for one night on July 21. From 5:30-7:30 p.m., the rink will feature music by DJ Scratch during the evening skate session, plus Instagram-worthy photo ops, a vinyl shop, giveaways, and minions themselves. The experience was created and produced by Constellation Immersive, in partnership with Live Nation and the Los Angeles Media Fund. To attend, tickets are available on The DiscOasis’s website, and guests should enter Central Park at 59th Street and 6th Avenue.

SAN DIEGO: The San Diego Bay Wine & Food Festival is returning for its 18th year Nov. 9-13. The event is one of the country’s only bi-national events (the fest also takes place in Mexico), and hosts more than 11,000 attendees, celebrity chefs seen on the likes of Master Chef and Food Network, plus over 300 international wine, spirit, and beer brands. New events have been added to this year’s lineup, including wine dinners, an interactive cross-country expedition, and a Latin American grand fiesta.
