NATIONAL: The Government of Canada has announced the removal of all COVID-19 entry restrictions, as well as testing, quarantine, and isolation requirements for anyone entering Canada. Effective Oct. 1, all travelers regardless of citizenship will no longer have to provide proof of vaccination, undergo pre- or on-arrival testing, carry out COVID-19-related quarantine or isolation, or report signs of COVID-19 upon entry to Canada. According to the Government of Canada, this decision was influenced by several factors, including Canada’s high vaccination rates, low hospitalization and death rates, and the widespread availability of rapid tests and vaccines.

Cabaret Bijou will run Oct. 19-March 5, 2023.
