GLOBAL: Six Senses will open its first Australian property at Burnham Beeches, the heritage mansion and 22-hectare estate designed by architect Harry Norris in 1933. Located 24 miles from Melbourne in the Dandenong Ranges and neighboring Alfred Nicholas Memorial Gardens, the mansion is one of the finest examples of domestic art deco in Australia. The property will initially offer 43 guest accommodations and hospitality venues, including a welcome lounge and terrace, a restaurant with outdoor seating, a library bar, and a rooftop retreat encased by garden planters.

LAS VEGAS: MGM Resorts International announced that it will construct an exclusive live sports-viewing experience for the Formula 1 Heineken Silver Las Vegas Grand Prix 2023, offering guests the opportunity to witness the race from grandstands built on the Bellagio lake, where the resort’s iconic fountains dance daily. Access to these epic seats is currently only available as part of MGM Resorts’ race-and-stay package, which can be purchased on the company's website. Packages include a three-day race ticket at either the Bellagio Grandstands or Paddock Grandstands, plus a three-night stay at participating MGM Resorts properties.
SANTA ANA, CALIF.: Travel Santa Ana, the city’s tourism promotion organization, has debuted its first-ever brand campaign, titled Proud Santanero, featuring artists and artisans who both live and work in Santa Ana and whose identities are inherently tied to the vibrant city. The new campaign includes artistic expressions of the city name by a series of select individuals (in place of a traditional logo) and an ongoing video series showcasing local businesses and creators.
VALHALLA ISLAND, FLA.: Bass Pro Shops founder Johnny Morris has announced plans for a brand-new oceanfront resort on Valhalla Island in the Florida Keys. Fittingly named Valhalla Island Resort, the development is set to complete construction within the next two years and will be a carbon-neutral property and leading sport-fishing resort. Guests can also expect 110 guest rooms set on more than 175 vehicle-free acres, with 50 percent of the green space preserved throughout.
