GLOBAL: UK digital marketing agency Digital Ethos has been acquired by global marketing, technology, business strategy, data, and analytics solutions company Cadastra. As a result of the move, Digital Ethos is set to see its team grow to include more than 700 professionals with expertise across marketing, who will be operating in five countries. In addition, Cadastra will more than triple its international operation thanks to the multimillion-pound deal. This acquisition is Cadastra's second this year, after buying Brazilian e-commerce integration company M3.

ASM Global has announced a multiyear partnership with plant-based food provider Wicked Kitchen to increase the selection and availability of vegan food options throughout its network of arenas, stadiums, theaters, and convention centers. The announcement establishes Wicked Kitchen—a 100% plant-based, flavor-forward global food brand—as the “Preferred Plant-Based Food Partner” of ASM Global venues, as well as an “Exclusive Plant-Based Food Provider” across all catering, suite, and concessions managed by SAVOR.
