What I do:
I am responsible for managing all aspects of the pre and onsite registration processes for several signature programs (500 attendees or less) and conferences (500 – 6000+ attendees) as well as creating unique strategies and tactics to increase exhibitor involvement and enhance engagement. This includes full-cycle show management: Pre-planning strategizing, exhibit and sponsorship sales, webpage production, marketing collateral development, reporting, as well as post show evaluation and analysis, all while providing superior customer care.
Impressive stats:
Our 2019 Marketing, Membership and Communications Conference was my first ASAE conference where I fully managed the expo component. We maximized our sales budget by 30% over the goal and sold out the expo hall. We had an exhibitor satisfaction rating of 3.94 (on a five-point scale), the highest rating since 2011. Also, over 80% of the exhibitors indicated they achieved their objectives for the conference.
