What I do:
I lead our meeting and events team in project management, sourcing, logistics planning, staff business travel programs, communications and attendee experiences for our national conferences.

Impressive stats:
By revamping hotel communications and managing rooming lists, we decreased attrition by 50%. And by restructured marketing, sponsorship and registration, we added 100 more attendees and $70,000 in sponsorships than forecasted.

Specific improvement I’ve made:
Our attendees loved our Hygge station, which includes comfort items, blankets, fans, coloring books, etc. to make sure they are comfy!
