Greatest career accomplishments:
Becoming a partner in an established meetings and events firm at the age of 25 and becoming president of one of the largest MPI chapters in the world this past year.

Impressive stats:
When I started at BDI Events as a manager, we had two meetings clients. As a manager and into the partnership, I grew our conferences and meetings business for BDI more than 75%. It is now 50% of our business.

Specific improvement I’ve made:
I created the idea of a new education conference for MPI Southern California over four years ago called (WE)Con, which went on to win a Global RISE Award for Innovative Education of the Year in 2018, and now is the largest profit-generating event for the chapter to date.
