Shyanne D. Robinson describes herself as engaging, evoking and an enthusiast. Learn more about her.
How I got here:
I started working on the Democratic National Convention in 2008. I then worked for a global general services contractor, directing the operations of its Atlanta-based office, overseeing more than 100 events per year. Ten years later, I took the time to earn my CMP designation and shortly, thereafter, launched an independent meeting services company.
Greatest career accomplishment:
Being asked to join and serve as a Board Member & Treasurer of the Southeastern Chapter of the International Association of Exhibitions and Events. I am also very proud to have joined the Democratic National Convention Committee again for the 2020 cycle, helping the party to plan and execute around a novel time in our industry through COVID-19.
Specific improvement I’ve made:
I rebranded and redeveloped the entire training and professional development program for a major domestic housing bureau.
