Greatest career accomplishment:
Besides earning my CMP, one of my career highlights was producing a Keith Urban concert for the National Restaurant Association Show at the brand-new Wintrust Arena in May 2018.

Specific improvement I’ve made:
One of my association clients was launching a new event that had a lot of younger attendees and they needed a mobile app to stay in contact with this group. I was able to launch the event app within six weeks and we even had sponsorship for it in the first year! The client was so pleased that they moved all of their slides, surveys, etc. into the app for the following year and went completely paperless.

What I am working on now:
I am currently working on my CEM certification as well as re-imagining our annual meeting that was supposed to be in Orlando to a virtual meeting from October 15-18, 2020. I’m also on the team that’s producing the ADA FDC Virtual Connect Conference.
