What I do: I guide event professionals and business owners to finding and targeting their ideal clients so that they can spend more time producing events they are passionate about and building a business for the lifestyle they want without wasting time on marketing initiatives that aren't delivering. 

How I got here: Prior to launching DCM Communications in 2014, I served in a top international marketing position for Cision leading marketing projects and initiatives for North America. While at Bisnow Media, I led advertising campaign design and execution for more than 300 campaigns simultaneously. 

Greatest career accomplishment: I led the successful redesign of 10 major corporate websites in 10 months across teams in seven countries and six languages. 

Specific improvement I’ve made: I created both in-person and online educational marketing events that have allowed me to help multiple event professionals at the same time learn to better market their businesses. 

What I do outside of work: I am working with the local division of the American Heart Association to start a young professionals board that will help get those ages 22 to 45 more involved with the cause and create lifelong donors and advocates. I sat on the board of the D.C. chapter for four years, including two as president, and want to continue to spread the word about heart disease awareness.
