APPLE STARTS LOTTERY SYSTEM FOR WORLDWIDE DEVELOPERS CONFERENCE: Apple is moving to a lottery system to allot tickets to this year’s Worldwide Developers Conference, an event that last year sold out in less than two hours. STUBHUB’S MUSIC FESTIVAL BUCKET LIST: StubHub has ranked the hottest acts playing this summer’s biggest music festivals, ranked by which acts play the most festivals who have seen the most growth since their last tour. Outkast, Foster the People, and Luke Bryan top what the ticket reseller calls its “festival lineup bucket list.” The findings, drawn from StubHub’s own data, named Coachella this year’s top music festival—its sales are up 59 percent over last year—followed by Lollapalooza and CMA Music Fest. CHICAGO: Naansense, a fast casual Indian restaurant, has opened in the Loop. The venue offers catering for groups with as many as 400 guests and serves sandwiches on naan bread, salad, rice bowls, and roti rolls.
LAS VEGAS: Room reservations are now open SBE's SLS Las Vegas Hotel & Casino. The first rooms are available for booking beginning August 25, and the property will host its official grand opening Labor Day weekend.
