NATIONAL: P.C.M.A. is hosting a series of webinars amid the COVID-19 outbreak. Today's webinar, titled "Communication Strategies in Uncertain Times," will take place at 1 p.m. CDT. Another will be hosted on March 19 at 11 a.m. CDT, covering digital event resources available and ideas for taking more events digital in the wake of the coronavirus outbreak.

Zoom is hosting a webinar on March 19 at 11 a.m. PDT, discussing the best practices for working from home with Zoom meetings. 

Destinations International will host a coronavirus crisis response webinar on March 19 at 11:30 a.m. EST, led by travel and tourism experts. 

Boma COVID-19 Summit is taking place for 24 straight hours online, beginning March 23 at 12 a.m. EST, in partnership with Zoom. The virtual conference will feature more than 20 hours of debate and discussion related to COVID-19 from health experts, thought leaders, policymakers, and business leaders across 11 countries and five continents. 

NEW YORK: LDJ Productions launched a virtual events platform on Friday. Dubbed LDJ+, the live stream platform's capabilities include breakout channels, interactive attendee polling, quizzes and leaderboards, an audience Q&A with a digital moderator, unlimited simultaneous viewing, and more.

ORLANDO/CENTRAL FLORIDA: Orlando-based technology firm Engineerica Systems Inc., which specializes in event technology management platforms, announced local partnerships with Conference Tracker and ViewStub to offer a full-service virtual event management platform amid the coronavirus outbreak. Features of the virtual platform include live/pre-recorded video streaming, marketing resources, virtual event registration, virtual attendance tracking, and more.

WASHINGTON: On March 19 at 11 a.m. EST, the Greater Washington DC Chapter of NACE will host a webinar panel discussion titled "The Effects of COVID-19 on the Industry."
