Alice’s Table, launched in 2015, offers fully virtual floral and culinary experiences to public event guests, as well as to private and corporate clients across the country. It joins 1-800-Flowers.com’s portfolio of more than a dozen gifting brands.

CALGARY: Organizers of Chinook Blast have delayed the winter festival's start date from late January to Feb. 4, due to concerns about COVID-19. The announcement comes after the cancellation or postponement of several related events, including Calgary’s High Performance Rodeo and the BIG Winter Classic. Other events, however, are slated to go ahead, including the Block Heater music festival from Feb. 17-20.
TORONTO: Mass vaccination event “Vax the Northwest” will be held on Jan. 23 from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. at the Aviva Centre, the home of Tennis Canada and the National Bank Open. The event will focus on vaccinating people of all eligible ages from Northwest Toronto neighborhoods.
VANCOUVER: U.K. company Money has released its annual list of most beautiful hotels in the world, and Vancouver's Fairmont Pacific Rim was the only Canadian property to make the list. The luxury property has two ballrooms, six boardrooms, an on-site theater and a direct link to the Vancouver Convention Center.
