My greatest career accomplishment:
I was fortunate to work on our first virtual projects last year and developed a few key procedures we are now using.
Impressive stats:
Last year, I reached 100% of the previous congress’s target only three months after we started selling by changing the priority booking selling strategy. I have led most of Kenes’ largest accounts in the nine years I have been part of the department.
A specific improvement I’ve made:
I have written and conducted a large share of my department’s training program. I am my department’s expert in the virtual platform, and am amid the implementation process of work procedures related to virtual congresses, ensuring we maintain a smooth, efficient and professional working process.
What I'm working on right now:
2020 was a hell of a year, and 2021 seems like a similar challenge. I am currently working on four virtual congresses taking place on our new, in-house-developed platform.
What I do outside of work:
I am a certified fitness trainer and sport is a large part of my leisure time. I bike, and enjoy jogging and working out in the gym or home. I love photography and ever since I moved to Germany, I have spent a lot of time learning the language. We are trying to hike and enjoy all the nature around us as much as we can and hopefully once it is allowed again, we’ll be back exploring Germany.
Favorite vacation destination:
I am so used to traveling by myself. However, for a pure vacation I would always prefer a big city. Preferably somewhere I can have lovely morning walks and a wonderful hotel room. I really like H10 Hotels; I enjoyed their Berlin Ku’damm on my birthday recently. They have wonderful food, photography exhibitions, good shopping and if all the stars are aligned my life partner joining in it all with me.
Favorite icebreaker line:
I am usually asked about my accent and this leads to discussions about my nationality, which is Israeli.
Travel hack:
A large part of my travels is attending competing congresses. These congresses can be crowded and overwhelming and there is a large amount of information I need to know in order to maximize the outcomes. I always attend these congresses with a tablet on which I have our CRM software and the respective congress app open. That way, I can get all the history of all the companies I am meeting from the CRM and document the meetings and comments in the app. Then I can email it to myself.
