What I do: My official role is business development/sales, but my passion just won’t allow me to completely let go and handover a program. I’m involved in every facet from the first engagement; aligning with the client’s sensibility and inventing a complete program to deliver that “wow” every planner longs for!
Fun Fact: After graduating from college in London, I crossed the pond to feature as the lead singer and dancer on board a cruise ship

Specific improvement I’ve made: When I started in my present company 23 years ago, there were no program managers—we sold and serviced, as was the common thing to do. It took several months to convince our owner that sales could not grow until an operations department was created. Once the department was implemented, our sales rapidly grew.
What I do outside of work: I have no children of my own, but have sponsored children in Africa since I was 19. Musical theatre is still my No. 1 passion so I have been a season ticket holder to Broadway Across America for years. I have worked with Winterfest here in Fort Lauderdale for 20 years and sit on the Winterfest Black Tie Ball Committee.
