What I do: Twelve years ago, I stepped away from my position as senior vice president of a travel incentive company to begin Voices in Advocacy. At Voices in Advocacy, we work with organizations to inspire, educate, engage and activate their supporters by turning them into effective, influential advocates. We help organizations grow their advocates and guide them on a journey with the resources necessary to build an army of effective advocates.
Greatest career accomplishment: Taking the risk to start and build Voices in Advocacy, as this work allows me to make a difference for others, is my greatest career accomplishment. When I work with people who grow their advocates and achieve their advocacy goals, nothing feels better. Also, publishing my first two books.
Impressive stats: With more than 25 years of experience, I’ve delivered hundreds of keynote addresses, reaching more than 45,000 people in 44 states.
What I am working on now: I am finishing my latest advocacy book, due out by June 2020.
