What I do: I plan corporate meetings and events for the Global Commercial Organization at Covance. I negotiate contracts, plan of site events and do site selections. I manage budgets, two employees and onsite staff.
Greatest career accomplishment: Winning the Covance Way Award in 2009—only the top 3% employees win this award.
Impressive stats: I have successfully saved my current employer over $3.5 million!
Specific improvement I’ve made: I recently implemented a new production company to our annual meeting. I was very excited to make the change after using another company for 15 years. We are now utilizing me technology and I couldn’t be more pleased.
What I do outside of work: I take monthly travel excursions to experience different cultures, including sneaking in time at beautiful beaches. I am promoter and experienced meditator, as well as an Armature wine sommelier.
