"In these uncertain times, I lean heavily on sleep meditations to make sure I get a good night’s rest. My favorites are from Jason Stephenson on YouTube. Good sleep hygiene is always important, but especially now when we may struggle to separate personal life and work-life (this is challenging for me). To get my mind ready for sleep, I also read a daily meditation from an excellent book, Meditations from the Mat by Rolf Gates and Katrina Kenison."
Chantel Megaffin, events and community manager, DesignX Community, Toronto

"For midday dance breaks, I watch The Fitness Marshall on YouTube. For my daily workout regimen, I use Kayla Itsines's Sweat app."
Selina Mullenax, district account executive, CORT Events, Orlando, Fla.

"I've been trying to do a lot more yoga since it's good for strength and flexibility. It's nice to have something I can do inside or out, and it helps counteract being in my desk chair all day since I'm not getting up to visit co-workers, or going out for meetings or lunches. I've been using the Down Dog app; it gives a lot of variety and you can download your favorite routines."
Casey Weed, nonprofit special events coordinator, SAMMinistries, San Antonio, Texas

"Running! I’ve completed two virtual half marathons to replace the in-person ones I should have done by now but got postponed or canceled due to COVID-19. Those daily doses of sunshine and interaction as I run by neighbors are good for the soul and the body."
D. Channing Muller, principal consultant and founder, DCM Communications LLC, Chattanooga, Tenn.

"The Peloton app. They have tons of yoga, strength, and stretching classes that can be done without any equipment."
Melissa Friedman, event manager, Streamlinevents, Emeryville, Calif.

"I've been taking advantage of the amazing 305 Fitness at-home workouts (they host live workouts via YouTube at 12 p.m. and 6 p.m. ET) and also listening to some good podcasts while taking walks. A favorite is called Hurry Slowly (a podcast about how you can be more productive, creative, and resilient through the simple act of slowing down), and I just listened to this older episode with Priya Parker: 'How to Have Transformative Gatherings'—very relevant to the industry."
Abi Durmaz, events and operations coordinator, Brown University, Providence, R.I.

"Ryan Heffington's Dance Party on Instagram Live is my go-to at-home workout. It's so fun I'm actually exercising more than I was pre-quarantine!"
Venetia Harpin, freelance experiential producer, Los Angeles

Here's how the BizBash team is jumping on the wellness wagon, too:

"The mindfulness and meditation app Headspace recently began offering free subscriptions to Los Angeles Country residents through a partnership with the Department of Public Health. I'd never been much a meditator, but I'm finding it's such a nice way to unwind and unplug at the end of the day—particularly before going to sleep. I'm also loving PopSugar's fitness videos, which are perfect for my tiny living room; even just 30 minutes of low-intensity cardio in the middle of the day works wonders. Also, don't underestimate the power of a little sunshine and a good novel! I'm finding a bit of time every day to drag a comfy chair over to an open window, breathe in the fresh air, and lose myself in a good book."
Claire Hoffman, west coast editor, Los Angeles

"I've honestly been surprised by how much I enjoy at-home workouts! I'm currently on a YouTube kick, utilizing apartment-friendly workouts from the likes of MadFit and Love Sweat Fitness. Many of the local fitness studios have also been offering free online workouts, so I've been looking to Solcioty Fitness for a good HIIT workout. It's also important during this time to allow yourself necessary downtime that's conducive to good mental health, so I've been using outdoor walks as a time to relax and recenter."
Ashton Pike, senior editor, Atlanta

"It can be hard balancing the new role of a teacher and work, as any mom can relate, but of course it's so important to keep active. I use the Daily Burn app through Roku for workouts on my TV (you can also subscribe online), and my son and I have found the Cosmic Kids Yoga YouTube channel as a great place to do yoga together that's also fun while allowing us to be mindful."
Katrina Randall, copy editor, New York

"I usually make time during my lunch break or after work to do some sort of workout every day, whether it's taking a walk or doing online classes. My go-to workout app is Peloton—great for cardio or HIIT workouts!—while I look to Melissa Wood Health for yoga and meditation."
Lauren Andronico, events strategist, Atlanta

"I try to workout first thing in the morning, but if I need a little extra sleep, I'll do it after work. Besides my daily walks around the neighborhood with the dogs, I've been doing workouts on NEOU. They have everything from yoga to barre, cardio—really anything you can think of. They also have a channel for Banana Skirt Productions, which is an amazing (and fun!) dance workout class I used to take in the city. My fiancé and I also bought Just Dance for our Nintendo Switch, so we've been having family dance competitions a few nights a week! You can activate 'sweat mode' and it tells you how many calories you burned each dance."
Brittany Bucceroni, director of marketing, New Jersey

"At the start of the pandemic, I had resolved to try to work out at home, but living in a small New York City apartment makes most at-home workouts a bit tricky, given the lack of floor space. (That's my excuse anyway!) When I am feeling motivated, I tune into Instagram Live workouts from Katrina Scott, co-founder of fitness brand Tone It Up, which are also available via the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit IG account."
Michele Laufik, style editor, New York

"For me, it's been about virtual yoga with my local studio, LiveURYoga; evening walks with the family and dog; clean eating with lots of kombucha; and CBD oil for those anxious moments."
Matt Johnson, president, Atlanta
